This place isn't too bad either. Felt a little cramped, though. Tight staircases going up and down inside (be a bitch to move into). I'd say the square footage for the two bedroom probably isn't a lot more than the one bedroom in Kenwood. You have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the 2nd room. Closet space is ok. There is a closet in each bedroom and one in the main room. Master Bed has A/C, 2nd does not (seems pretty standard around this area) but it does have a ceiling fan. Kitchen is decent size but doesn't have as much counter space as the Kenwood spot. Little breakfast nook at entrance to kitchen. Living room is decent size and has that nice little nook at the back. Garage, again, you share half with another neighbor. I asked him about getting a whole garage and he said it might be done in a one bedroom apartment but not in a two (unless the person you were sharing with didn't want their half). Very quiet but older neighborhood. If I had to choose I'd probably go with the Kenwood one simply as, while it has lower ceilings and only 1 bedroom, it doesn't feel as cramped. He said the apartments vary with carpet and/or hardwood so you'd probably have to request hardwood if you want it. MORE PICS ON PHOTO PAGE 3.

Garages on the outside in U-shaped drive. Who's sexy truck is that? |
Garage. Again, you'd get half in a two bed apartment.

Kitchen. No dishwasher and there's no counter between sink and side of refer. Counter space is limited and, if you're like me, it might seem like a good idea at first but trust me...it sucks ass. :) |
