There is great closet space in here with two in the bedroom, one in the hall and another small one by the front door. Ceilings are a little low but I'd say it's nothign Jason and I aren't used to by now. ;) Coin laundry is downstairs in a common room next to the garage entrance. You'd only have 3 neighbors directly next to your apartment. The place does give you thermostat control over the heat in the winter which is a plus. Swamp cooler in the main area, ceiling fan in the bedroom. I asked if the bedrooms got too hot without A/C and the realtor said she'd had very few complaints. If you leave the windows open, apparently, they get a very good cross breeze through the apartment. I'd say the square footage is around 650-700. Rent: , Pet fee per month: (for all, NOT per pet), Deposit: , Pet Deposit: . They pay water, heat (great money saver in winter), trash and sewer. Garage has opener. Storage in garage isn't huge. I'd say around maybe 8 feet long by 4 feet wide with shelves. The place is in a great location: five minutes from us (yay), minutes from the freeway, great mall, shopping and restaurants. Grocery stores not too far away either. Good part of town as well.
